Got up at around 8:30, packed my stuff, had breakfast and checked out. Today was the day Brad was going to call me and pick me up. I spend the whole morning near the hostels pool chatting with 2 interesting people. The social contact here is great. It's nice to talk with other backpackers, sharing travel stories, visions and plans for the future.
By noon I headed out doing more didgeridoo shops, asking for more details about the creators, the sound and the shipping. I might buy one tomorrow and ship it home right away. It's the safest thing to do, cause I might end up losing it again anyway.
So just by 4pm I still haven't got news from Brad. So I just dropped it. Even though he seemed a nice guy on the phone, I couldn't be bothered calling him again. So I decided to make other plans. I talked to many backpackers the last days and decided to book a tour from Darwin to Adelaide. It's a just a little more expensive then taking the Greyhound but you see stuff, get lots of info, have a good time and you get lots of barbies. I leave friday at around 7am, they'll pick me up in front of my hostel.
Didn't do much in the evening, had a refreshing swim, got free food at the Vics with the Irish guy and ended up chatting with one of my roomies back at the hostel.
