  3. Hey Matt!!!
I hope you made it off the Croeses Track ok???
I have been checking your Blog to see another posting.
It was a houling wind the night you were dropped off at the track -Would have been an eventful evening I'm sure!!! We woke to the neighbours roof off and a slide set across the road, from where?? Who knows! We made national news with that wind storm!!!

  4. Hey Glenda! Haha I still remember you vividly. Your probably the most kind and helpful Tourist Office Lady! Did that Milo taste! (I love chocolate as I am from Belgium) I'm in Te Anau now and working my way back up to Auckland. The travel here is over at the end of this month :/ Thank you again. And all the best :)

  5. Haha Thelma and Louise! How are you and Kirsty doing? Lovely to hear from you on my blog haha. The croeses track was lovely but I still remember that first night the night that kiwis could fly. Seriously the whole hut was trembling. I did not get much sleep :D Still loved that 2day walk though. Had a good time up there. Roof is still ontop of the hut but half of the junk under it blew away. Crazy night indeed, specially near a mountain summit. So how you 2 have been? I had a good time, eventhough it was little. Thanks again for driving me all the way up to the start of the track! You 2 are to kind. Wish I would meet you 2 again but time is running out. Say Hi to Kirsty.
    Take care you 2 :D
